This is for Howard who recently felt desparate and jumped off a bridge to his death. So, sad and even sadder is what lead to his desperation.  We do not know how somethings will affect others as we do not walk in their shoes.  But we can be their friend and stay their friend always.

You Can Adjust Your Sails

Well, if you have seen some of my other posts on WordPress or blogspot, then you probably figured out that I like free. I seem to be attracted to companies that offer free. What about you, does this kind of marketing interest you?

You have to wonder, “why is free so attractive?” You know nothing in our society is free, except the air. You even pay for water these days! Nothing, but air is free, hmm and then again at times we have such winds, and we might not like them, especially in Florida and the south. So, what can we do with this free air, that often brings dangerous winds?
Certainly, we prepare for this type of dangerous wind by protecting our homes and families as we have been taught.
After that, we either bail out or hold on tight to ride it out.
Guess, bailing out on an island with a category 5 hurricane might be in your best interest. However, sometimes you just have a Tropical depression or the edge of a Category 1 hurricane. Here you will just ride it out and I often visualize adjusting my sails(actually you would take them down at this point). But seeing as we cannot control the wind(even though it is free….LOL), we have to be able to make some kind of choose and that would be adjusting your sails. This is where you have control.

So, even in any of life’s storms, we have choses and it is imperative that you adjust your sails in some manner. For me, it is seeking opportunities that offer free. Why, because when I retire I can see a change in the wind and I am anticipating adjusting my sails. Here are 2 adustments I am making ahead of time, number one I want to decrease my bills and number two, down the road of retirement I will need to supplement my retirement. Awe, the beauty of residual income. And this is very possible with a home business. You might not like my home business, but geesh there are tons of them out there to pick from.

Anyway, we all have a road to follow, where winds will blow……….so next time those winds get heavy……..adjust those sails. Because no matter how bad, you do have some power over situations.
